Can you be allied with 2 factions?

Currently im like at 70 with Synedrion, maybe 30 with anu and still like 10 with jericho, on a 20h played campaign.

I wanna get the Anu beast mostly, but also the synodrion techs.

I noticed I managed to recruit, from missions, a couple jericho guys, well 3 classes, sniper, heavy and assault.

Is any way to steal / kidnap, recruit or find in missions a technician? Or only with high reputation?

If you steal the research for classes you can hire Technicians as standard.

In the end of the game you will be allied with all 3 fractions with 90-100 reputation. (especially if you prevent war between them)

A haven has to have a specific building to offer their special soldiers as recruits. As the game progresses havens will build those buildings and faction-specific classes will be commonly offered as recruits.
You can also multi-class into special classes if you have the required research as @AoD_lexandro mentioned.

Very good info thx! Didnt try to steal or sabotage anything yet so I didnt know it worked like that hehe.

Also very interesting to know you can achieve 100 rep with all three, will try to balance em!

Usually I dont accept the faction missions that require to attack others for this reason.

Also I wonder what happens if you get bad rep with one of them, can you increase it back? How if so?

Well, will have to restart next week with festering skies dlc, so next run will be better. Seen some tips from Tasi I think that were about stealing a ship early on etc. Just hope the behemoth isnt very annoying early on xD

if reputation become -75 or less, then you cant it increase. Dont know if you can protect against pandorian such heaven.
Destroy pandorian nest you increase reputation to all fractions.
