Nexus Mods
I'm kinda tech-challenged, but getting nexus mods to work with the steam version of this game.

I can't get the JSON files to run. They're currently sitting within my PPDefmodifer folder along with PPDefmodifier.dll, which itself is within My Games/Phoenix Point/Mods. There may be another file I need, but if so I can't find it.

I'm using modnix.

Anyone help? Got a link?

Modnix has a youtube tutorial. Well worth following step by step.

Id be surprised but have you loaded the mods with modnix? I admit i missed that step.

Yeah I watched it. Sheep y?

In his vid, the files don't appear to be json files, but cZ files, which are just zip files I think. I've tried unpacking them directly into the mod folder, but that didn't work, nor did moving the cZ file there.

I've hit add mod button, but the only one that shows up is the PPDefmodifer file itself (which is kinda odd). It's version 1.7.0.0 by tracktwo btw.

You dont need to "activate" then in Modnix, and/or configure them like other mods. You only need to add the Json file to the Modnix folder with the PPDefModifier.DLL file.

Once added, you can then edit the values in the Json file and have them altered in game automatically.

Sorry to necro a thread, but i can seem to find my PPDefmodifier.dll file at all and cannot get the jsons to work at all. Please help.
On my system, it's "drive:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Phoenix Point\Mods"

And I've heard there may be incompatibilities between Modnix mods and Workshop mods.

I'm not knowledgeable enough on TFTV to know if that disables the older mods.
