Some terrain features can't be, though.
Items in game can be destroyed if they take enough damage during 1 shoot.
For example if you have a deal with a totally backward faction, like sinedrion, they have buildings which need ~100 damage to breack the wall. If you try to destroy NJ building then first shoot will destriy first layer of wall(firt texture), second shoot will do small hole(second texture), only third shot will make anoth hole to pass a human(third texture)
Also if texture need 200 damage to be destroyed, you can shoot it unlimited times with 199 damage and it will be not broken.
