Before update: Geoscape and tactical view were used to be all great. Game was pretty much smooth 55-60 fps except for some maps (Synedrion, mostly).
After latest update loading times increased substantially. There's a huge delay when switching menus in Geoscape now. There are also frame drop when you hover the cursor over a haven/location and the description pops.
In Tactical View, it does sttuter every time you switch an operative, or you aim into an enemy (no sttuter and smooth FPS if you aim anywhere BUT the enemy !). The frame drops happen every time something in the UI pops up (enemy limb status, etc).
If you just keep an operative selected and hover over the battlefield or aim around the scene, it is quite smooth. I wonder if it is all UI-related.
