So if I were an original backer... my name would be somewhere in the game I guess. But I wasn't, but I wonder why would they let some names appear twice in the game? As a common name for 2 different characters? They should have normalized it, I think. But maybe they did?
And if I were an original character, I hope I'm not part of New Jericho. I'd prefer being one, who screams sort of things.
Let's think about head augmentations. Why didn't they make some real monster/robot responses instead of gibberish they got? The ones in XCOM:EU and XCOM 2 were so cool and aesthetic. Personally, if they ever do them, it would me one of the most welcome changes possible!
It is random, and many people have the same name.
Pretty sure it is random...
You mean in terms of model options for soldiers?
That is actually a great idea and they have a Canny board for suggestions. It looks bare now because nearly all the feedback has been rolled into the game, but there is no telling what lies beyond DLC 5... Feedback like this is helpful if they eventually do a sequel. Not sure if it is possible with PP, but you never know. I say you should add your feedback to the canny board. I would upvote it... having voices altered or change as the soldier mutates or becomes enhanced is a cool idea. Little touches like that help personalize and endears them more.
