I have received a lot of game crash reports. The cause of these problems is game can't load background pictures corrently. If you first saw a black screen, then game crashed. That means: Your game maybe not has read/write access on the computer. So you should give the files access permissions to it, or change some settings in your anti-virus software.

These problems are mostly happened on Win10.

If you have encountered some problems, please check the "Trouble shooting.txt" in game's folder.

If it can't solve the problem, please send your questions to BUG Report forum.

About the location of non-Steam game screenshots: Please search "Platfinity" in your disk drive "C". Then open the "Screenshots" folder.
