But don't expect a program, that can migrate a game from TTS to TP completely. TTS and TP are too different, some objects (most importantly Asset Bundles) don't exist, and the placement of objects depends on the shape and size of the tables.
That being said, I found migrating my mods manually quite fast and painless.
If there were even a partial import, even that could be useful. For instance, if it were just all the objects, saved to a library. (The equivalent of "Saved Objects" in a folder in TTS). I use TTS for playtesting and prototyping, and if we could update files by just sharing the same .png files, and have them work the same way in both programs, a whole lot of us would switch over.
