Purchased Full version from Steam. Only 4 playable characters

I have purchased the full version of DOA 6 from steam. After I have installed it, I'm getting a message on the main menu to buy full version. The game is being detected as the core version for some reason, even though I have purchased the full game. I tried reinstalling it, but it's the same result. I have tried waiting for 2-3 minutes on the main menu, but that didn't work either. I tried to get a refund from steam, but they say they don't provide refunds on promotional items. Is anyone else having this issue?

you can always look in the game properties and make sure that the DLC are turned on.

I bought Deluxe version on release day.
Still all game component shows in DLC such as "Full Game"
So I think you'll need to make sure DLC enabled in Steam Client.
DOA6 > Right click > Properties > DLC

The DLC option is not showing up for DOA 6 (it's visible in other games which I have DLC for)

I have repurchased the game again, and now the full version seems to be unlocked.
I might not have purchased the full version initially (in that case, sorry about that).

you can always look back at your account detail , it's list all of your previous purchase so you can see the exact thing you brought in the first place.

to see it you have to click on your name in the top right corner then account details then from there there will be a link that lead you to your purchase history.

It's pretty weird. It was showing up on a list of recently purchased list when I tried to refund it, but later on it was not showing up.

Yeah, I had some weird issue in other case too.
When I family shared purchase to other account, it did not work.
The account had Core Fighter version, so I returned Core Fighter version, then it can be used family shared.
