Hidden stages?
Does anyone have any idea if the stages that are currently only in Story mode are unlockable for the main game? For example, the last scene of Kokoro's story (vs Helena) takes place in a cafe near the DOA Colosseum, rather than in the ring. There's also a night version of Road Rage and a version of the Throwdown with no crowd, that I can remember.

It seems odd to go to the trouble of making those stages and then not make them selectable.

The Story Mode cutscenes is all pre-rendered. There is no knowing if the stages was actually ported or rebuilt for the new engine at all. But it wouldnt surprise me at all if there was content in the game that we cant access yet.

The scenes are pre-rendered, yes, but the matches obviously aren't. The Kokoro/ Helena one has the match start in front of a statue with an engraved plaque, and isn't a selectable stage as far as I know.

I remember seeing something like that with Marie vs Helena. But I might be wrong.

Reminder that the stages can also be unlocked in the quest mode... and prob other places too.

This game needed better stages. Most are pretty boring. The game needed better lighting, weather effects like rain , puddles on the ground and so on. I think DOA 5 looked better with the dirt and sweat on characters. I also think characters looks better in 5.

I'm pretty disappointed in this game so far. Low res textures.... rehashed costumes and stages, ugly torn clothes effect. the new unlocking method..... it feels like they just needed to make a new game to start a new DLC cycle.

the ONE thing i like is online multiplayer works. DOA 5 on PC i couldnt connect to ONE match since day one.

Yup, got it in the quest mode for sure.

Wonder if loot is random....
