there is no explicit nudity no. Said said, it has a lot of female fighters in skimpy outfits. I suppose this counts as 'sexual'.
Also, Steam users create the tags, and they're not always reliable:
Notice the tags on this kid's game[i.chzbgr.com] are "Hardcore" and "Horror," neither of which are true to the actual game.
Violence can be turned off, but I don't think there is any locks and such, so its very easy to turn back on. Game age rating is PEGI 16 here.
The ESRB has nothing to do with Steam ratings nor your game is required to be rated by the ESRB to have it on Steam to begin with.
The games have tags set up by the publisher and then the community adds extra tags (Which isn't always done correctly).
