They boosted the costume parts unlocks for the single player modes.
Everyone wants to unlock costumes for their favorite characters so very few people are going into ranked.

what region are you? matches happen every 30 seconds to a minute for everyone else (before the costume unlock boost happened for the single player modes)

For a few days I went through some weird issues where I could literally find nobody aside from 2-3 people from China - ALWAYS the exact same people. Now I find people in under 10 seconds again. I swear to god there is a weird matchmaking bug going around.

Or many of the remaining DOA5 players are from CIS region,or I don't get why you expect to get matches faster there.

I am not playing online yet, unlocking all the stuff, testing changes at the characters from DOA 5 and tiers, (like Providence said, many of us are doing this or waiting for lobbies) but I did a fast test and I didn't had a problem to find a match, around 10 seconds like Rub.

Besides, open a post like this with this title, when you have a a few ones at forums, one of them at front page with 400 posts, is pointless or simply trolling.
