Would they ever port the classic DOA games to PC?

According to Xbox Series X compatibility games list, there are 0 DOA at all:
https://www.xbox.com/ru-RU/xbox-one/backward-compatibility/available-games
So there is 0 reason to buy new Xbox ^^.
And of course, if xbox not support them, PC too.

You can play some old ones with pcsxe and pcsx2. For DOA3 I will look in to it at evening.

Don't trust that list... I have games that are not on the list and they work fine, and others that don't work.

Games Like Dead or Alive 3, the original Ninja Gaiden (non black) or Dungeons & Dragons: Heroes are compatible, DOAX is not.... and the reason I still have my original xbox at home.

DoA4 would be AMAZING on PC. Especially with Online Tag, too... perhaps even vs AI with a friend... Oh, the joys I get thinking about it.

Lol, no, sorry. I assumed that was a generic list for arcade shop games and old games barely identical to the xbox one. :)

The best we can do rn is play DoA Dimensions on Citra, that works pretty well.

DOA 4 lauchable via xenia cannary emulator at 60 fps. But graphics glitches too much so it's unplayeble.

Tecmo feels like a very old fashioned company with a bunch of boomers in chairs. They think and adapt extremely slowly.

Let's see them port their newest DOAX game to PC first.

As far as the old games go: why? You can watch story mode videos online (Tekken adds them to the game) and apart from a couple of moves that got removed (for whatever reason) and stages missing I'm not so stoked to play with the old graphics.
