To think there will be a day where Marie Rose will be in the main roster, but to be honest, Marie is the most popular dead or alive girl and her being this popular meant she is going to be in the sequel and like any successful franchise, you should always fit the story to the character not the character to the story, and there we have it, Marie will have a role in the story!

Not only do we have Marie Rose, but we also have Discount Marie Rose in the base roster! Now she is in the same league as Kasumi and Discount Kasumi!

Haters, remember, popularity means more than just being in the Beach Volleyball game. Popularity means you are going to have a spot in the main games reserved just for you and a spot in the story too. But of course, haters gonna hate.

First she shared a spot on the front cover with Kasumi (which is a big win) in Last Round, then she is in front and center in the Beach Volleyball game, then in the latest Beach Volleyball game, she is still in the top three on the cover, and now she is in the main roster and have a discount version of her...

I think it is happening, guys.

Marie rose is one of the most unique, creative character in any fighting game (person opinion), she is kinda like one of those cards which changes the whole situation, I mean look at the other characters of DOA, she doesn't fit in at a 1st glance but when u play her, u will know she is the one who fits in mostly.

The thing is with Marie Rose is, not only was she popular with the fanbase, she actually saw a lot of use aswell. Like, people actually played her in DoA5LR (and U). Momiji is pretty popular with the fanbase as a girl, she made it to the volleyball game but she didn't really see as much usage as, say, Rachel in the main games (Rachel was popular in the fighting games but not so much for the X3 poll )

To be fair, she actually does look her age in DoA6, maybe partially to do with the fact they've stopped dressing her up like a child? O_o
