Unfortunately, with a player base this small, even a couple trolls can completely run the game into the ground. That's happening now. It's over. Just like Skullgirls. RIP.

i got 7 Maries in a row on C rank yesterday.

Bad luck or timing there, i play C (Honoka) and am lucky to even find a single marie a day, which is a shame as Honoka can usually wreck Marie unless your a really skilled Marie user. I also used to main her but randomly forgot how to play her after a break but i remember most move combo/strategies which don't seem to vary massively per player so that helps me a lot to win her.

I wouldn't say its trolling to fight as your main, if he vs'd 7 different people and all was maining Marie, it isn't trolling, its not like the conspired together after realising he don't like fighting her, I hate Ayane showing up (there are plenty of her) but never feel im being trolled to fight her, despite i find her very tough to hold against and her ability to switch into a throw during strikes only makes life tougher, i don't feel trolled by seeing her, annoyed at best.

True, When i could play her (seriously, i was great, now i can't even beat a D rank as her), i knew she has up there with the good characters, her holds are strong and her strikes are quick, she can can the best of most worlds (maybe grapples suck a bit) and is a very skilled character in my eyes. But equally i think most (not all but most) characters can be skilled if the user knows how to use them.

well that depends on the person i guess
some people said i've been trolling in my lobby fights coz ive been doing a lot of unnecessary stupid stuff mid-fight
when in actuality it's just me playing around with the most playful creature in the game
