how to use mods?

Found some mods on devianart site like a Kitana outfit, but how and where do I install the files? The sites has no instructions whatsoever.

I know it's for Kasumi but which one is her folder? Is anything else required?

that one is a costume replacement for "KAS_COS_007" using REDELBE

1. download and put the newest REDELBE in your doa6 folder
2. put the mod folder into REDELBE\layer2\ then run doa6
3. choose KAS_COS_007 (dunno which one that is) on character select screen
4. press F

Cant find it. Google mainly directs to lo-vers-lab but the links there are marked as unavailable. The rest Google spits out are mainly in French and not even remotely close to what I'm after.

extract whatever inside this folder to your DOA6 folder then boot up doa6
if you dont see "REDELBE ver" on title screen, youre doing something wrong
if you see "REDELBE ver" on title screen, go to versus mode, choose the KAS_COS_007 costume (might be her default one, find it out) and press F

Do you know if there is some mod for DOA6 that we can extract costumes? Like Archive Tool in DOA5 combined with Autolink.

i dont know what an archive tool or autolink is
but we can use rdbtool to extract the charactereditor.rdb and get those costumes out
