Any hope for soundtrack purchase or download?

I love the OST in the game so much and it seems like the only place to listen to it out of the game is on youtube. No official sources for it. If I was smart enough to figure it out I'd dump the sound files but I really have no idea how to go about that.

As far as dumping the audio, it'd be VERY difficult. The music is technically in MIDI format, with each instrument a file of its own, which means even if you could figure out how to extract it, you'd then have to compile it, time it, and so on. A very arduous process, if it's even feasible at all.

Probably not, unless it is included in the soundtrack extras of the 60$ tier backing (the one i got). Or the GOG version of the main game (gog games come always packaged with extras and usually, the entire bunch is offered for free).

Those who want it; might be possible in the near future! One of the mods in official forums, was personally interested in that, as well and contacted Inti-Creates, regarding. They replied with: "We are going to consider it and Bloodstained is already successful" (implying that it would be both fitting and further profitable, to them)!

Pretty sure you can't decide to like a music just because of the hype. If I hear any music I find bad, I'll just hate it. Opinions differ. It always been a thing since forever... We're all different.

and they will say anything is the god tier of anything that's ever existed

I didn't even know about Ritual of the Night until after I finished the first ending. I do actually enjoy the soundtrack contrary to your opinion on it.
