For me it's a fun gimmick but ONLY when it takes exactly 0 brain processing power to solve and I nail every block perfectly on the first try. The moment I have to roll back a block or two I hate it. :)
For me they're purely trial-and-error puzzles. Some I manage to do on first try, some require running back and trying a different combination. I'm glad that those bridges are fairly short. Assembling a bridge out of 10+ pieces would be a nightmare.
I'm not good with heights so there's some anxiety involved for me. Its also a lot of running around which for me is pretty exhausting.
Walking on gravity walls was quite disorienting and motion sickness inducing.
But I really, really like RGB Converter, Activator and the very last mechanic introduced (white receiver-source combo). I also actually like the Swapper quite a bit as well, to me it serves a similar purpose to the item doubling mechanic of the recorder puzzles in Talos 1.
As for the bridges, I think if it were top-down most people would have less issue with it. But that wouldn't work for some of them of course, because verticality.
Imagine having to solve the arrangers in the first game but while your face is next to it, looking at it at a shallow angle. Or solving a jigsaw puzzle with your eye at table-height.
For me, the very worst were the tetromino bridges that included gravity floors. Oof.
In general, I love all the new mechanics and the puzzles are imaginative. What I would have liked to see is more combinations with the mechanics as you progress through the game. For example, a new tool is introduced, you play some puzzles with it, but after that section is cleared, you don't see it again or not very often.
