@ Devolver Digital - About Missing Italian Localization

Hello gentlemen @ Devolver Digital, i already know that our market is for many years totally out of your interest, but, the first The Talos Principle had 13 languages localzied of wich 12 DUBBED and Italian was one fo them...Now, this game has 12 languages localized of wich only English dubbed and Italian has not even the minimum Text subtitles .....
I really will never understand waht push you to your decisions that i hope are just economic ones and nothing else but, really, a little more consideration for my country you think is a so impossible task ? I'm sure you could do a little better than this cause i know you're not one of the last indies companies, i know you're a good company with enough resources so, please, reconsider your priorities when you decide to drop from the world map a country like mine, because we're not one of the best countries but neither one of worse (and i'm just talking from the economic perspective only now).
I really hope that things will change at some point cause this situation is, for all of us, very not much tolerable and we all feel like there is a discrimination against us.

You're very kind, thanks, but when i create threads like this i not do that with a selfish intention but i like to feel to represent all the Italians who not know english very good and, altough i know a bit of english, trust me, i'm not fluent on that and when i play a game that is in english only i miss the understanding of many lines/words/verbs and slangs, so my whole experience is much reduced than the one i have when i play a game in my native language.

I agree with what you say 100%. I played the first one with my mother during lockdown and while she's in her 60s she was waiting for this one. I have no problem playing it in english but she's definitely not going to enjoy this experience. Feels like a step back to me given that the first one had the full italian translation; I hope that it will come in the future but I have my doubts about it

That a bit dramatic... I don't know why they didn't make an Italian translation, but there were probably good reasons for that, not just "screw this country".

There won't be any audio localization in other languages besides English, but I wouldn't be surprised if more text translations were added in updates.

I will buy it only with Italian translation: sorry, but I will not play the game with google translator always present. (For the record... I'm 70 years old)

Before release i'm pretty sure there is indicated italian text (and voice?) and now what happen??? I preorder the game on humble bundle and now i feel scammed... ..game about philosophy (and without pausable dialogue!) is not easy to translate.. grrr

IDK i'm pretty sure to check it.. but this don't change the fact that a game like this need a translate subtitles at least.. if i bought the game here i've already asked for a refund...

IMO Is a stupid move to make a game with deep conversation and don't translate it in many many language and / or made these conversation pausable at least.
