cannot buy a t3 ship

it seems it's litterally impossible, i've gotten all the modules on the previous ship required, i've looked everywhere, but cant do anything.

it just says "research requirements not met"

If there is a ship inbetween the same ship type you want, you have to buy that as well.

no, i fixed it by getting another faction's t2, then buying a t3 there, then i could buy the t3 in that specific faction
