Game crashes and losing of hours in game stats

Hi why game crash after update in same way 5x? and why i dont see my hours i played this game in last 3 years?.. sad stage of game.. Amazed how its getting worse... And we dont even talk about repeating quests, bugs, metas and pay to win

The launcher changed some time back and reset game play hours....its annoying but yea that maybe answers that for you, the switch from mygames to poros. I was having shader/view distance type issues that I had to full reinstall to remedy but no crash to desktop. Validate files in steam and in launcher maybe?

dont worry. I lost my Max level Winged Hussars and Yeomens are locked, but everything between those 2 are unlocked. And there is more missing troops in my list
