Account Suspended

I got into the game and the screen says account suspended, but no reason or timer

You may run some programme in the background and the anti-cheat system thought that it is a cheat programme.

how can i verify if i got suspended or not? devs dont seem to answer in the discord server nor email

They don't care, so it is useless to contact them. Even they reply, still useless.

What you can do now:
1. Go to another server and try to create a new character, and see if you got suspended again. Then that can be sure some programme is not welcome by the anti-cheat system. So you may not be able to play this game.

2. Quit this game directly.

i joined another server its working fine, only EU1 Crystal Sea i get Account Suspended

So i got unbanned after 1 week, go to discord and ask one of the mods in DM he will take you username and see how much time for you to get unbanned

Additing to that I cannot proceed with support ticket becuase looks like I do not have any characters...
