Allow us to use EMOTES in BATTLES

If all we can do is use them outside of battles that's lame... so we can't use anything in siege e.t.c only stupid "attack here e.t.c" default game stuff..

but non battle related things we can't use

You can use, by default, hold pressing middle mouse button then right click, then there are your emotes wheel.
