Account Suspended - While playing game

Is there a glitch or issue which suspends account?
I got a screen while playing game as account suspended for 29 Days and no idea why?
My username is Rain

You got banned for 30 days by the system.
So this may be caused by:
1. You used any unacceptable programme such as cheat or any other programme the system not accept (no idea)
2. Your game input was abnormal during high-ping and the system through that you were cheating
3. You said something not suitable in the game
4. You did something and got complained by other players and confirmed by the system

What you can do:
1. Wait till the end of the suspension
2. Go to another server and start a new character
3. Quite this game
Don't brother to write email or contact them, they do not care, even they do reply, useless.

I logged in today after a week of not playing
And i found it hard to login and the ping was shown as 64ms average
I joined one game and i usually doest use any chat while playing the game
I dont have any cheats nor interested in any the possibility of ping is there becoz i use a LTE router for my internet as i am in a remote place and doest have the wired internet.

3. Quit this game - sounds reasonable at this point if this is unplayable but this was my stress release game after work and i really liked it for quite some long time ....

This is not a relax game.....
You will be more stressed for playing this game lol, I do....

Even I heard that someone was banned because of keep pressing login in the login menu....
as he can't login....So the anti-cheat system is so dump because I was suspended for 30 days once for randomly keep pressing keys in siege battle while the ping is so red.

So your case, maybe the remote thing, no idea.

You may try "BLACK MYTH WUKONG" then, everyone is playing this recently. So you may take sometime for release of the suspension.

I like this game though even though it has flaws and long updates it was indeed a stress release game... I will try the game you mentioned and thanks for the recommendation.
Reason for Ban - I have no idea as i wasnt expecting anything in the middle of the game.

There is a suspension announcement today.
So is that you are from SG server and is Lv. 636, if yes, the announcement said that the suspension reason is using cheat programme. So maybe a false detection case again.

I was in SG server and i dont have any cheat programme... only a firewall and antivirus...

There was another case with no idea how it got suspended, but he was fine in another server, so totally no idea regarding the suspension system.
