Anything permanently missable?

I opened up the aqueduct in the Immortal Battlefield and only later did I notice a weight switch underwater where I might've been able to walk to it earlier. :/

I can deal if I just missed something like a health powerup, but I really hope I didn't just mess up my entire game...

You'll be able to activate that pedestal later, and it only opens up a shortcut anyway (IIRC).

It's possible to miss a couple of things, notably the Brahma Puzzle if you don't do everything in The Blood Corridor before the endgame when it closes permanently. One of the gods of creation you need to show the egg of creation to to complete Brahma is in the Corridor side of Ancient Chaos

I recommend using the CoB ancient chaos entrance as your one-and-only totem spot in the game, so when you seal the CoB, you'll still be able to get in there. Everywhere else is still accessible. I think one thing you can miss is the Mulbruk info card after you drain the magma in the room on the east of the T shrine.

Have I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up? I can't access the bottom area of the blood corridor, there's like a big ball in the way. I think I've beaten 4 bosses so far. This is my current equipment: https://i.imgur.com/g1W8KVL.jpg

Not sure about the bottom area, the background is so pixelated and I can't access it so I don't know if it is Lokapala or not.

No. The Corridor of Blood doesn't close permanently until the very endgame. You're fine.

Congratulations, that's the sealed entrance to the Underworld you've found there. Now you know where to go when the game talks about unsealing it.

Once it does, the thing from the side area in Takamagahara Shrine becomes inaccessible, but it's optional since the one time you need to hit an enemy with Mjolnir lets you just move right up to it to get the job done.

That item is required to complete the game. You can't permanently seal off the corridor of blood without it. It's needed to hit the three Mjollnir points in Nibiru.

As well as fight a certain boss... I can't see to do it wit unguided lightning

If it's the boss I think it is, it's one of the few enemies that deals no contact damage whatsoever.

I heard you can miss some additional items (such as the Gauntlet) if you close off the Blood Corridor without opening up all the relevant shortcuts.
