ATLAS tattoo & flag templates?
Is there a site where you download templates? Like you could from arktemplates.com

not so fas AFAIK.

But you can just take a paintbrush and e.g. red coloring in-game, use the paintbrush at your sail, paint your entire sail (the sail-part only, not masts or the like) and then save / export the image.
After this you will find a PNT in the MyPaintings-Folder, which you can use as a template.
