Low fps on high end pc?

I'm getting 15 fps with a 1080ti and a i9-9900k what the ♥♥♥♥?

I'm on a 9700K and a 2080 and I'm hitting 60 fps no problem.
Also New game? Needs driver level optimization from Nvidia and AMD.

Have a 1080 and i7-7700k, and i'm stuck with 8 fps on epic details or low details. Seems like something is capping my fps at that low level, plus the game look like ♥♥♥♥ for me, no matter the graphic settings.

refund the game... its the same game as ark. runs just as bad, and there is no driver optimzation required for this garbage. its just the devs that are utter trash. and its a shame they are using Unreal engine. because its clear they dont know how to

It seems to be in the starting town I only get 15 fps (still shouldn't be that way)
Outside the town I am getting 60-70fps however every single server I have joined even though it states on the server screen 20 ping every server has 255ping.

you call that Highend I have an iNvidia GTX 1050 8GB Graphix card, an AMD 6core 3.5gHz prosessor, and 16GB of RAM and STILL on Medium & Low settings I'm rubberbanding back to the Starting point, I got Stuck danceing a jig, and as for the game having a better start than ARK HA! this is about the same as ARK day 1 almost the same amount of patches too

Point is my PC is high enough over the Req I should be-able to play the game on EPIC settings with atleast 30fps (btw people Humans only see in 20 - 30fps Biologicaly fun fact) and NO Rubber banding but the server ping was 255 WTF I know I'm in Canada but still.

I expected to be an Alpha tester, correct. However, I can't test the game if the servers are all at 255 ping.
