I did 1 segment in Sega arcade with Majima and now I'm not getting any more email about Majima. Is it because I have SSS Majima rating?

I don't think that effects it, you should check a guide because there's some kind of order to it iirc.

You can only unlock that skill after unlock all other Dragon style skill so check what other skill you haven't got yet
