So new game plus doesn't carry over your progress from premium adventure?

I was told by quite a few people and a friend that it does. Spent 20 hours on learning all the skills and maxing it all out only to find out it doesn't. Why?

You are meant to create a clear save data and use that to NG+

When starting NG+ it asks you if you want to use your clear save data ,press yes

I did, it only gave me my progress I got before going to premium adventure....the whole dragon style I grinded in PA is missing
