Can I still fight Majima?

I'm currently on chapter 13, the part before you enter the millennium tower to fight the final boss and I wanted to get more dragon abilities before the boss which is why I left it to the end but I can't seem to find Majima anywhere now?

I heard you can get emails from Nishida about Majima resting but I haven't received any.
I'm only at rank A in Majima everywhere so I'm unable to get Komaki's training done

Is there anywhere he might be hiding or do I have to go back to chapter 12?

You only fight majima til you get to s rank i believe then only after the game can you get to SSS

I dont remember but if you check the upgrades youll see what you got/can get

You can also learn it earlier than that as far as I know. The only requirement is getting the corresponding picture from the colosseum for Komaki.

I did get the required pictures for the abilities, however after getting the cat picture and learning the ability for it, it wouldn't let me learn the one for the snake picture even though I already got the picture for that too

Komaki kept saying something like he had to make preparations for his next lesson and no matter what I did I couldn't get him to teach me it
From what I've searched up people said that it's because I haven't gotten enough dragon abilities yet but Majima wouldn't appear anywhere not even at his hiding places

I think that should require Majima everywhere. in my case when i give my snake picture to Komaki he says that i had to beat mysterious man called Hanya man which actually Majima wearing mask and got my Majima everywhere gauge filled after the fight

Since you already rank-S then i guess you can't progress Majima everywhere further until you beat the story which also lock you from progress Komaki training since it needs Majima everywhere

I figured out what was the problem and completed the main story a while ago now, after beating the mobs I tried getting tiger drop but Majima didn't appear anymore during that as that was before the two final bosses so it was my bad really lol
