I suck at mesuking

cant even predict what things will they pull up like "rock, paper or scissors" im terrible at these "predict-your-enemy" game, even if i have some good cards, i still lose
are there any tips how to beat them?

Look for the jennifer card then use her constantly. There is a trick to tell roughly which move the others will use but its not guaranteed

If you remember the doc kid said to find the other cards. Check a guide to see the locations. Mainly look for jennifer as she is the best

Edit: Right now I have 4 of her, was it the "Empress Cicada", "Atlas Beetle", "Atlas Moth", or "Orange Ladybug"?

Edit: for some reason, I cant get majima on this, since I lost on the first try, how do I get him the sec time?

Strength is the most important stat for winning. I was just deciding my turns with google's rng generator, got me 9 out of 10 wins consistently. Maybe that's just luck tho. Was aiming for high technique first, but those girls are weak and get koed with 1 or 2 hits. No idea about Majima. I'd imagine he's in the game center or in professor's menu.
