Majima Spawns after SSS Level

If i dont want to see Majima because i just want to clear all my sidequests and other things. because i dont want to be interrupted. should i NOT complete the checkpoint mission SS to SSS?

assuming he doesnt spawn because ive already filled the SS meter. its just waiting for me to do the rank up mission

He will always be waiting so you could bump into him accidentally so do the mission to prevent that then, simply use the majima sensor so you know where he is at all times, your heat needs to be at 0 though

Spawning wont be an issue and youll have already gotten this item. Its an easier method to avoid him when he spawns than what certain trolls like the comment their irrelevant opinions

He only spawns infinitely once you reach max rank (SSS). Leave it at SS if you wish to avoid fighting him for now and chase side-stories.

You can also equip Beads of Good Fortune (CP item) to completely avoid random encounters on the streets. The item doesnt work for Majima but if you leave it at SS, doesnt make a difference.
