Very likely. Game doesn't appear to be advertised as PS4 exclusive & is using same engine as Yakuza 0 & Kiwami so unless the latter two bomb hard on PC, maybe 6-12 months down the line after PS4 Western release (for the benefit of all 3 of you who aren't already aware of this, in October under the title "Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise").

EDIT 2018.08.04: The (somewhat generic IMO) final cover art for Western PS4 release has been revealed (can be seen here[lostparadise.sega.com]). NA version has "PS4 Console Exclusive" at top right, EU version just has that space blank. So, PC port entirely viable tho' we may have to wait a bit (and hope that the problems people have been having with Zero on PC get patched before they tank the sales of Kiwami).

There's really only one way to ask for a Japanese developer's continued PC support, and in the case of Sega of Japan, it's to buy Yakuza Zero, Kiwami and Valkyria Chronicles 4.
