[Question] How to proc Breaker Majima forced into a fight?

Been camping at Shichifuku Street East, re-entering Kanrai for an hour. Still don't see the special enemies needed to make breaker majima appears in a random fight, but keep hearing Majima's "Kiryu-chan~"

There are guides where breaker majima is. For me my best place is near akarimaru west of millenium tower and there'll usually be a few goons towards when you are going to theatre ave

Nevermind, i know why the special enemy does not appear.

In case anyone is curious:

There's a special one time Majima event at the back alley between shichifuku east and park boulevard, it is where Majima is confronting a generic NPC for not sorting his garbage. Need to clear that first before the breaker majima forced into a fight starts appearing. Apparently that one time event overlaps and blocks breaker majima special enemy from appearing in that area.

TLDR: clear the One-time Majima event at the back alley between Shichifuku east and park boulevard first
