What the hell do these food items do?

I get into the store for the first time and I see the standard health, heat, and healthxheat drinks and all that,

But what in god's name do all these other food items do? they only come with a slightly generic (but kinda specific) descriptions of the actual food item without suggesting what effect they have on you in the game? I searched up the wiki and all that and they only have the generic text with no follow up clarifying what will have when you eat them.

Will nothing happen? Why do these game wiki pages never say that?

ALL food items will give you health, likely a very small amount, but health none the less. some you can put in your inventory and others you eat there and then
The wiki is fairly bland because its still being updated as time goes on, i mean there isnt even any info on Majima saga chapter 3 for kiwami 2 despite the game being released a long time ago. The wiki needs new people who are dedicated to uploading information on it, remember that the rgg games are gaining popularity in the west more and more so this soon will give a flourished wikia

This is generally true, but the sushi sets you can buy in the convenience stores (I can't remember the exact item name) actually heal a good amount of health. I see quite a few players using them regularly.
