Yakuza with Green Suit not appearing
Im on the 'of luck and debt' quest and the yakuza with the green suit is nowhere to be seen. I'm at the ramen store casino and i have haruka with me (im also set to day time). How can I make this guy appear?

maybe try afternoon? when i did it, it showed a cutscene when Kiryu walked in, iirc.

Try going the casino without bringing Haruka around (and bring goddess of children amulet item in your inventory).
