Everyone's Idol Majima

Can't find him.

1 - Make sure that Kiryu is calm (meaning that the first heat bar isn't full, this is VERY important to spawn Majima in the town).
2 - Get in a building (I did it with Debolah and the SEGA nearby).
3 - Get outside.
4 - Open the map, check if Majima is nearby (he should appear as a pink arrow), if he doesn't appear on the map, repeat from step 2.
5 - Go check if the Majima that spawned is the one that you are looking for.
6 - If it isn't, then get inside a building and get out, so you can reset Majima's costume / style.

Just did this yesterday, took me around 30 mins to find him twice.

I actually did climax battles to get the calming towel to force him to spawn so my heat bar would not raise
