Everyone’s Idol Majima

I did this fine on PS4 but ever since fighting him through the rank story never seen him pop once I’m rank SSS to

Is this a bug ?

I have the same issue. On console I was fighting him more times than necessary but on PC he is nowhere to be seen.
I'm going in and out of buildings to spawn him but usual it's just slugger or thug and I don't need it anymore.

Super rare for me, but it happened when I was busy with other stuff... I've only seen/encountered him maybe 4 or 5 times total in the game after completing regular mode and Legend, though and finishing everything story-related (aside from a currently achievement-blocking broken Premium Adventure side thing).

Being SSS doesn't mean a thing you better keep with low heat to find him and keep entering and exiting building to respawn him i also Have SSS and only fought him as idol 3 times(the second was just for the skill) on a side note officer majima.....

Everyone's idol Goro patrol Pink street and west part of Millennium Tower. Lower your Heat and revisit, for example, Shine until you found him on the map.

Officer Majima can be found in Champion district. Revisit Shellac until he spawn there.

Zombie Majima patrol east part of Millennium Tower and east part of Taihei boulevard.

Breaker Majima joins fight-near Theatre Squire, down to Taihei Boulevard. Some thugs stop you. Just remember beat a crap out of others thugs and keep one, who talked with you last. After "talkative" thug lose 50% HP, Breaker Majima joins the battle.

Wait but you fight with Everyone idol to get rank A? I have found him once around theatre square so maybe try looking there

I have enough Majima in my game already, thank you very much. They made him veritable fcking monosodium glutamate this time - likable taste at first, but nauseating on overdose.

So far i didn't have much trouble or took much of my time

I didn't know he was hidding in the traffic cone i got to chapter 10 fighting him 3 times hahaha now i just tiger drop him and beat his ass in 30 sec or less....All but officer Majima that i can't hit tiger drop quite right aganist the damn bat plus the bat hurts and forces you to defend forever.

I actually got him to pop had to use calming towel from climax battles
