You must be 40 years old virgin, just like Kiryu
As for the philosophy aspect of Kiryu... just punch bad man really hard and that somehow convinces them to stop all crime forever.
Thanks for your advice. The post might sound a little bit like a joke, but the truth is, I am also a little bit serious about it too, I used to be an athlete (wrestler, fencing, etc.) during my high school and Uni's freshman year ,but as the time passed, I became lazy and, when I realized, my athletic body and fitness turned into fat, "rusty" body. Then came the Yakuza series, the more I play as Kiryu, the more I remember my pre-university years when I was still lived with high spirit, reason, honor and athletic body (now I have fat body and depression instead). So in the end, I got inspired and now I tried to rework myself, to become strong like Kiryu, and to make my like a little bit more meaningful.
Since you said you're "fat" (which can mean a lot of things): Remember that losing weight starts and ends at the supermarket. Try to find things to eat that you like and have low or no sugar. Do cardio every two days. Even going for a walk helps, if you're going fast.
