you could probably turn mouse acceleration off too but i have not had the time to try that.
I tried your guide before posting this. It was during testing various settings that I noticed the issue. I cranked the sensitivity up to 500 and it still wasn't anywhere near playable.
I then reinstalled Yakuza 0 to compare the same config file for that game. That game works fine with 0.055 sensitivity. I'm convinced the problem is with the game trying to read the wrong mouse data (i.e. acceleration instead of velocity).
