How Do I Get Thirteen Orphans In Mahjong?
I am someone who knows only the pure basics on how to play Mahjong and I saw the hand that is Thirteen Orphans which is this https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1767018883

When I tried to get it I didn't get a prompt for Ron or Tsumo (As I self drawn the last needed tile but discarded it to see if Ron works and someone discarded the one I needed) https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1767018853 The person to the right discarded the tile I needed but I couldn't call Ron. What am I missing?

Ah i forgot about the terminal tiles. I thought that was the direction tiles. Didn't think that was part of the honor set. That makes far more sense
