Any reason why this game changed his name from "Kingmaker" to "King's Heir" recently?

Yeah I was checking why the game suddenly updated, and after a bit of research, the only thing that seem to have changed was its name.
Maybe "Kingmaker" has a copyright on it, since it's the name of other games.

Wait, what?

We don't want to generate any confusion for our players but we are obliged to do that due to legal reasons. We are now in the process of updating this game on each platform. After the update is complete, our game, formerly titled 'Kingmaker: Rise to the Throne' will now be available as 'King’s Heir: Rise to the Throne'. We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience.

The content of the game stays the same and everything should work fine after the update.
