Beer taps?
I looked up a walkthrough for the beer taps because I was lazy, yes. Is there a logic behind that puzzle or just trial and error? I was thinking alphabetical or some clue on some posters?

The beer taps you have to match in sequence the symbols with what you see on the other side. The 2nd and 3rd bear tap are reversed in terms of position to how you look the paintings. That's the way to logically solve the puzzle. You start from the left painting and go to the right and match the symbol of the bear tap with what is shown on the painting.

I too, feel as you, best i can tell the solution matches the level of light when you look at the paintings from behind the bar.

I could be wrong about this, but only pattern I can see, 1st time a solution would be based on that, first thing I thought was order of establishment, so the dragon rune 1st then the queen then dog and hotel last, Incorrecto. if your feeling nice, you could answer one for me, what about the two pianos you find? 1st in that outdoor atrium and the 2nd in a return visit to the basement. Are these puzzles? I'm leaning to no since the basement one has a baddie making regular rounds through there. Handy distraction tactic though.

The two pianos are only part of an achievement as far as I know, apart from making noise in order to lure enemies toward them. If you find and play all instruments, just interacting with them, then you get an ahievement for that called "Ending on a high note" by the end of the game.

Thank you! Lol. You know how many hours i spent trying to find hints and asking freinds with musical talent & skill (I have none) trying to see if either of those two things gave up anything (I inadverdently nabbed an ending without unlocking the skull in the chapel for starters so redoing again
