Dissapointed it's not the Factory

I've very dissapointed the latest DLC isn't the Factory, and while I do like the fact that we are getting a new faction I would have loved to play as the Factory, which already has units in the game, and there is so much potential for other units as we've seen a lot of art of mechs and such that could be used for the Factory. I get they'd be very powerful, but they could be balanced and it'd be great to have a faction that isn't like the others.

I'm disappointed as well, but for different reasons. I think Factory faction be about as balanced as the Yuri faction from C&C RA2 (it wasn't).

Plus as far as I saw there's nothing in the way of bases for that faction so you just have unit spawners and these aren't very great as a base if you ask me.

We already know what that faction is, it was previewed already and its not the factory.

I dont mind it. What they showed so far looks great. Im not even a Murican, but I do like the look of whats to come. I do wish to see all the Scythe factions in the game at some point.

The large aircraft is one of the usonia heroes.

My only hope is that they decide to make this faction unique with it's base units, as I'm sick of all the base infantry units being identical

edit: also, technically, no arabian units were shown in the story trailer. it was just some arabian cavalry in cutscenes. most likely you play as usonians vs saxony and then at the end of the campaign vs other usonians.

since no arabian mech units were showcased, i am extremely skeptical that they are a second playable faction being released.

They aren't, I'm pretty sure they've chosen to add Arabian units into Usonia. Making "Big Boat" Mason, Dollar store Captain America, and Miss Arabian political statement the three new heroes for Usonia. Besides, since Arabia is identified as an "ally," they could just repaint and use Usonian vehicles if they were a new faction.

They have great oppotunity to do it like in Scythe - whoever gets to factory gets piece of Tesla technology.

They can make neutral buildings/units you have to capture/repair and from there build some tesla mechs
