Can't login in The Meta Trainer

Every time I choose the Meta instead of Sandbox and input the correct account and password, and click the login in button. After a few minutes loading, the software will always shut it self down. HELP

Yes，I’ve tried some solutions here which seems can help but they all didn’ t fix my issue.
