So a couple of things. Apex uses Source (CS:GO) scales for its sensitivity and FOV. Except the FOV is slightly off in Apex compared to Counter-Strike. To my understanding, Kovaaks doesn't account for that difference. You can use the website https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/ select Apex Legends as the game, enter that config FOV value, 1.55 for you, and it will tell you the Actual HFOV beneath. Which is 123.3 HFOV. You can then go in-game and use the clamped horizontal FOV scale and enter 123.3 and it will be the same as in Apex.
For the sense, in Apex when you click on the sense slider to change the number, the value is shown beside it only displays one decimal place of precision but the slider is more precise than just one decimal place, it is simply rounding to one decimal place for the number it is showing you. So you have dragged the slider to 1.9 when it's really 1.89866, you can type the number in instead of dragging the slider and it will be exact instead of rounding. So the 1.89866 and 1.539946 are just rounded to 1.9 and 1.5
But also, the difference in FOV is negligible. You can just use source scale and enter their Apex FOV and it will be indistinguishable from what it is in Apex its like 1 maybe 2 HFOV max which simply doesn't matter.
for my sanity for now i set koovaks to hip fire at least i'm sure that's right
