I ask you this? If the scenarions you play in Kovaak have npc that move faster and are smaller than your game of choise npc, which game will offer the best improvement?

No I'm not talking about those dodgey streamers. I'm talking about legit people like Nategibson, Thegamingdefinition, Symfuhny.. etc. they all agree that playing the game is what makes you good.
but you're making a good point tho, has your aim improved as a result of training your aim? I want an answer based on real experience.

Last night in OW2 - game with no acceleration, small hitboxes and fast speed. My worst game was 26-3 and best was 38 - 1.
Make it a daily training session from 30 mins to 1h or thereabouts.
