What is a good rank Voltaic benchmarks

i started in iron and am now silver complete and i am just wondering at what rank will i feel as if i can out aim my opponents and or rely on my aim abit more as a clutch

Can't give my own personal anecdotes but I've heard that if you are diamond complete then you are basically better than most people aim wise, so probably diamond complete, although there is no point in going for a really high score in static or speed switching if you play overwatch or something although you don't want to neglect it either otherwise it will bottleneck you. You don't want to be that high rank player with super good tracking but is incapable of switching targets faster than a grandmother and yes I have seen people with aim like that although I will not say any names but if you know you know.
