feelin weird after a couple of weeks of training
Some improvements happened since the day i used kovaaks , yet i feel weird now, idk the cause, mouse feel weird, grip is awkward , everything is wrong, worse than all i blame it all on the wetness of my hand, my position etc...
Just to let you know, i m still getting about the same scores i was getting when everything was confortable ,yet when i switch to cs, still fraggin some noobs, but my mouse mouvement even though it is accurate, feels weird if i play a lot(more than an hour :( ) . i play on a low sensitivity(2.5 400dpi on cs), yet i don t think it is a problem, because i used to play in this sensitivity for a couple of months and got used to it.
I ve stopped training a couple of days , but still the problem persists.

Its possible something has changed in your setup that may just make your body feel weird ie, your mouse pad may have shifted or you've subconsciously started sitting further back or more forward or you mouse is planted on a different area of the pad, in that case don't worry about it, it could just be psychological or an off day, which yet again, don't worry about it. More likely than anything there may be a discrepancy in your settings in kovaak and csgo. Maybe you're using a different FOV, or a different measurement for your screen in game. Could be you have Vsync on or raw input turned off. I would check all of those. If anything tools like the mouse aim converter are useful for transferring your settings between games. https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/
If it appears to be a setting problem then I'd log all of your video settings and input settings for your mouse from kovakk and convert to CSGO since you feel good in Kovaak, using that check for any discrepancies.

i believe it s a psychology thing cause i used that website ,and my mousepad's width makes a 360 degree turn in all of my games.
It happens a lot after i wash my hands, grip feels different even though i dry them very well...

it is psychological.
Happens sometimes.
We all have different ways of dealing with it.
Generally you just get told to take a day off or 2.

I have a different approach and that is to BREAK OFF YOUR ROUTINE.
so try out new scenarios on kovaaks and dont really follow a plan just relax and try out new stuff.
since you are in cs maybe play in retake servers and just have fun. laugh and crack jokes in the server.

If you dont want to play then take a break(the biggest thing for your wrist health is to take days off anyways), go outside or clean up the house or room. maybe binge watch something. just break off from what you do everyday.

ye currently doing that, i m not training every day, just doing it when i want and not the same routine..
I m playing now better after relaxing a bit rather than playing all day.
