If it appears to be a setting problem then I'd log all of your video settings and input settings for your mouse from kovakk and convert to CSGO since you feel good in Kovaak, using that check for any discrepancies.
It happens a lot after i wash my hands, grip feels different even though i dry them very well...
Happens sometimes.
We all have different ways of dealing with it.
Generally you just get told to take a day off or 2.
I have a different approach and that is to BREAK OFF YOUR ROUTINE.
so try out new scenarios on kovaaks and dont really follow a plan just relax and try out new stuff.
since you are in cs maybe play in retake servers and just have fun. laugh and crack jokes in the server.
If you dont want to play then take a break(the biggest thing for your wrist health is to take days off anyways), go outside or clean up the house or room. maybe binge watch something. just break off from what you do everyday.
I m playing now better after relaxing a bit rather than playing all day.
