I've kind off only recently started improving my aim. As somebody who has no idea why this needs to be a thing, could you please explain? Is there a benefit to practicing with different sensitivities?

It just helps you get better at adapting and improves the coordination between your eyes brain and hand

Would it be possible to adapt such a feature for games that has different ADS and Hipfire sens? Such as Apex etc.

Yeah pretty much what twaka said. I’ll be a bit more extra not that it really matters. So when you use the same settings for say about a year or so it gets repetitive, then you lose a big component of improvement which is engagement. The brain is no longer making a conscious effort to compensate for certain movements that were once unfamiliar but are now familiar, Meaning that you’ve learned a lot from those settings and an improvement has been made. But like said now your to familiar and your improvement is slowing down and starts to plateau. Change is a part of life and can be applied to something such as this!

In essence you have to be uncomfortable to be conscious… well kinda haha
