If you play a scenario with a weapon that lets you zoom in, having that checkbox enabled should give you the same sensitivity scaling as your FOV changes from your hipfire FOV to your zoom FOV. You'd just need to match the hipfire and zoom FOVs from COD.

Currently after looking at a few videos on you tube I just do this:
Sewnsitivity scale: Overwatch
FOV measurement: Overwatch
Zoom sens multiplier: 1
